Finding True Love

In the search to find true love
Do you compromise, settle for less?
Let convenience become the issue
All you’ve found is second best

There’s someone out there waiting
For you to enter their life
To fulfill their lifelong dream
Of becoming your husband or wife

They may live around the corner
Waiting for the right moment to meet
Or hoping for a chance encounter
While walking down a foreign street

It may be someone you work with
Or a friend of your best friend
Hopefully, it’s someone God’s chosen
With whom your life will spend

So, have you found your true love
Taken time to conduct the search
And if you’ve done it correctly
You’ll be exchanging vows in church
